Information collected via technology

Information collected by our servers

To make our site and service more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) collect information from you, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol ("IP") address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit.

Log Files

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider ("ISP"), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movements around the site, gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and better tailor our site to our users' needs. For example, some of the information may be collected so that when you visit the site again, it will recognize you and the information could then be used to serve advertisements and other information appropriate to your interests. Except as noted in this Privacy Policy, we do not link this automatically collected data to Personal Data.

Cookies

Our site does not use cookies.

Pixel tags

In addition, we use Pixel Tags (also referred to as clear Gifs, Web beacons, or Web bugs). "Pixel Tags" are tiny graphic images with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, that are used to track online movements of Web users. In contrast to Cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, Pixel Tags are embedded invisibly in Web pages. We do not tie the information gathered by Pixel Tags to our users' Personal Data.

Links

We may keep track of how you interact with links across our site by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our site, for example to provide relevant advertising, and to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on.

Information collected from you

When you send email communications

When you contact us via email, the email address you use to communicate with us will be subject to this Privacy Policy. We may collect, store and use the email address you used to communicate with us to communicate with you, respond to your requests, to answer questions, resolve concerns or send you other information related to the site. The contents of your email communications including any information, resumes, ideas, concepts or inventions, will not be subject to this Privacy Policy. We may keep a record of your communications with us and use the contents of those communications for any purpose.

Your choices regarding information

You have several choices regarding the use of information on our site:

Copyright infringement / DMCA notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on the Site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(3), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our designated copyright agent with the following information in writing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Claimed infringements, comments, requests, or other communications should be directed to info@couperly.com. You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with all requirements of this Section, your DMCA notice may not be valid.
